When you request a demo we ask for your work email address, your organisation, and which demo you want. Those three are required. You may also tell us your name, phone number, industry, organisation size, and what you are trying to solve — all optional, and used only to make the demo more relevant and to have a sensible conversation with you.
We also record the IP address the request came from, so that we can prevent abuse of the form.
To set up your demo environment, to send you the link and sign-in details, to support you while you use it, and to follow up with you about Nucleus.
Every one of them contains an unsubscribe link. Use it and we will stop emailing you.
Your demo runs for 14 days. After it ends we keep the environment and its data for a further 30 days — so that if you decide to go ahead, whatever you configured is still there — and then we delete it.
Nobody outside Output Logic. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Your demo environment is yours; other people requesting demos cannot see it.
A demo comes pre-loaded with example data so you can see how Nucleus works. Please treat it as a demonstration environment: don't load real personal information, confidential material, or anything you would mind losing, because the environment is deleted on the schedule above. If you want to work with your own data, talk to us about a Proof of Value instead.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the schedule above — just get in touch and we will action it.
